Q: Can you give me a price without coming out?
A: Absolutely. There is no need for us to come out to quote. We can tell you the exact cost over the phone or via message.
Q: What is the drying time?
A: Your carpets will take approximately 4 hours to dry. Upholstery will take considerably longer.
Q: How quickly can the work be carried out?
A: We can usually do the job within 2-5 days.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we have full public liability and treatment risk insurance.
Q: How many times a year should I have my carpets cleaned?
A: It depends on a number of things such as the number of people in the house, pets, smokers and children. We recommend cleaning your carpets every 6-12 months.
Q: Can you remove wine, tea & coffee?
A: Some stains are permanent and therefore we can’t make any promises that we can remove them. Wine, tea and coffee can often be removed but it does depend on the type of carpet/upholstery fibre.
Q: Can pet odours/urine be removed?
A: Absolutely. The deodoriser in our cleaning products will deal with most odours. We can also add additional products to the cleaning solution. This ensures that we deliver outstanding results.
Q: Can steam cleaning damage my carpet?
A: No. The hot water extraction machine delivers water at approximately 60c and is the best method for removing embedded soil. It is also the preferred cleaning method by leading carpet manufacturers.
Q: What should I do about the furniture in the room?
A. We are happy to move any furniture that does not require more than one person. We would also kindly ask that you remove small objects and breakables before we arrive.
